📋 Description
• Develop ETL pipelines generating RDF and graph-based datasets • Build and maintain SPARQL queries, graph transformations, and metadata models • Implement graph database solutions for scientific knowledge representation • Collaborate with scientific and data teams to align ontologies and vocabularies • Support semantic search and metadata-driven scientific applications
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering • Strong Python and data engineering experience • Hands-on experience with RDF, SPARQL, and graph databases • Understanding of semantic technologies and ontologies • Knowledge of life sciences, pharma, or scientific metadata structures is a strong advantage
