📋 Description

• Support the implementation and configuration of process mining solutions • Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Translate business requirements into process analyses and actionable insights • Contribute to data preparation and modeling, depending on the assigned project • Develop process views, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions • Work with business and technical stakeholders to validate findings and recommend process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in process analytics, process optimization, or process mining implementations • Experience with Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, or Multi-Process Mining (MPM) would be highly beneficial; experience with all three is not required • Ability to interpret process data and translate findings into practical recommendations • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams • English communication skills suitable for an international project environment
