📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, laboratory teams, Quality, and IT • Gather and analyse business requirements for OpenLAB CDS implementations and migrations • Conduct workshops and intake sessions with laboratories migrating to OpenLAB CDS • Translate laboratory workflows and business needs into system configuration requirements • Document business processes, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications • Analyse chromatography laboratory workflows and support OpenLAB CDS configuration decisions • Explain configuration decisions to technical and business stakeholders • Support validated laboratory systems, validation planning, GxP documentation, and audit readiness • Lead analysis of OpenLAB CDS integrations with enterprise laboratory systems • Gather integration requirements, document data mapping, and coordinate with integration teams • Define testing strategies, create regression test cases, support UAT, and analyse defects • Support onboarding programmes, develop user documentation and training materials, deliver training, and create FAQs • Review Agilent OpenLAB quarterly releases and perform impact assessments • Recommend configuration updates and communicate release impacts to stakeholders • Maintain system documentation, governance documentation, and decision logs throughout the SDLC • Provide first-level functional support, prioritise issues, escalate technical problems, and track requests through ServiceNow/JIRA

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting laboratory software platforms • At least 3 years supporting chromatography software • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or life sciences environments • Experience supporting validated laboratory systems • Experience working with scientific users and laboratory operations • OpenLAB CDS experience preferred • Laboratory Information Systems experience • Scientific data management experience • Business analysis, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation • Business process mapping, functional specifications, and user stories • Stakeholder management • Pharmaceutical R&D, laboratory operations, and scientific workflows knowledge • GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and regulatory compliance knowledge • Testing, UAT, regression testing, test case creation, and defect management • Integration requirements gathering, data mapping, integration analysis, and enterprise system integrations • Documentation, SOP support, SDLC documentation, validation documentation, user guides, and training materials • Experience with Agilent OpenLAB CDS, JIRA, Xray or Vera, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office • Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x expertise, OpenLAB ChemStation experience, laboratory instrument integration experience, scientific instrumentation knowledge, pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems, digital SDLC experience, or laboratory automation platforms are nice to have
