📋 Description

• Design and develop solutions for integrating wired and wireless devices into automation systems • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues related to embedded systems • Participate in the architecture, design, and implementation of Embedded Linux-based control devices • Develop and enhance solutions using modern C++ and Python, including applications for embedded systems • Work with multidisciplinary development and product teams, contributing to requirements definition and solution delivery • Work with Open Source and InnerSource components, following a collaborative approach and contributing upstream • Participate in an agile development environment using Scrum/Kanban practices • Contribute to technical documentation related to code, APIs, and system architecture • Collaborate with international teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering for embedded systems • Experience with Embedded Linux, including Yocto, the Linux Kernel, and device drivers • At least 5 years of experience with object-oriented development, preferably using C++17 or later • Experience with scripting languages, especially Python/MicroPython for embedded systems • Knowledge of and experience with CI/CD for embedded devices, using tools such as CMake, GitLab Runner, LAVA, or similar • Knowledge of communication protocols used in IoT, such as MQTT, CoAP, and HTTP • Experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and/or Jenkins • Familiarity with RTOS • Experience developing applications for microprocessors in embedded systems • Experience with Docker • Experience with TDD and/or BDD • Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and/or Kanban • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Hands-on profile with the ability to turn real-world problems into practical solutions • Advanced/fluent English — mandatory requirement, including verbal and written communication
