📋 Description

• Mandatory duties. • Client contact (primarily by email). • Drafting and filing pleadings. • General court filings. • Use of the PJe system (electronic judicial filing system). • Reviewing court publications and notices. • Scheduling and deadline management. • Providing consultancy and preparing legal opinions on labor rights and obligations, and applicable legislation. • Representation in labor lawsuits (claims and defenses) at all levels of the Labor Court. • Participation in hearings and oral arguments. • Handling administrative proceedings (Ministry of Labor and the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office). • Negotiation and mediation of judicial and extrajudicial settlements. • Conducting audits to verify compliance with labor legislation and risk prevention. • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, contract addenda, and internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong written communication. • Basic knowledge of legal systems and Microsoft Office suite. • Proactivity and ability to work in a team. • Experience in a high-volume law firm. • Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
