📋 Description

• Support lawyers in managing case portfolios and understand the lifecycle of matters. • Assist in using AI tools for screening publications, case law research and drafting document drafts. • Upload and organize documents in CPJ/Projuris systems, ensuring data integrity. • Monitor deadlines and procedural movements in case management systems and electronic courts. • Propose automations for repetitive tasks and improve control spreadsheets with advanced functions or low-code tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Law degree from the 4th semester onward, preferably available for a two-year internship. • Genuine interest in Generative AI, including ChatGPT and similar tools. • Interest in process automation and productivity tools. • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. • Comfortable learning and using new software. • Ability to perform in-depth legal research. • Strong attention to detail. • Good writing skills and willingness to learn clear, modern legal language (Visual Law). • Assets: participation in research groups on Law & Technology; experience with Notion, Trello or Canva; technical English.
