• Assisting the front-line team with escalated inquiries • Building additional tools for the team to resolve issues • Managing within a ticket system, identifying trends, and developing tools to compensate
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, business, or related discipline preferred. • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Intermediate experience/ proficiency in T-SQL • Ability to prioritize and resolve a steady stream of work • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
