⢠Responsible for fostering relationships with franchise brands ⢠Overseeing the Franbassador Studio app ⢠Ensuring the success of our brands in our network ⢠Recruiting new Franchise brands ⢠Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise brands ⢠Oversee the Franbassador app ⢠Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ⢠Track and analyze key performance metrics ⢠Lead the onboarding process for new franchise brands
đŻ Requirements
⢠5+ years of Franchise Development Experience ⢠Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand management, or franchise development ⢠Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team ⢠Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
