📋 Description

• Assess current data center environments and provide improvement recommendations (power, cooling, racks, cabling, layout, monitoring, resilience, safety). • Review existing documentation and produce clear deliverables (assessment reports, risk findings, action plans). • Support redesign of our data center support/service lines (scope of services, checklists, SLAs, maintenance plans, commissioning/handover templates). • Create high-level and detailed diagrams (single-site / dual-site options, redundancy, topology). • Provide BOQ/quantity guidance and vendor-neutral recommendations; support proposal/tender documentation when needed. • Align recommendations to international standards and good practice (e.g., Uptime concepts, TIA-942, ISO/IEC 22237, ASHRAE).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data center assessment, design, or operations (enterprise or colocation). • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure: electrical, cooling, structured cabling, physical security, monitoring/DCIM. • Ability to produce professional reports and diagrams suitable for clients and tenders. • Comfortable working independently and delivering remotely. • Certifications (preferred): One or more of the following (or equivalent): Uptime Institute (ATD / AOS / ATS / ATF) Schneider Electric Data Center Certified Associate/Professional (DCCA/DCCP) CDCP / CDCS / CDCE (EPI) BICSI (e.g., DCDC) Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet certifications (helpful for network/security aspects) PMP/PRINCE2 (optional).
