• Manage and cultivate key intermediary/provider relationships and developing fund sales through those contacts • Partner with wholesalers of national recordkeeping platforms to further enhance awareness of Franklin Templeton investment capabilities • Market Franklin Templeton's value-added programs to help Retirement Intermediaries design better plan solutions and grow their book of business • Maintain knowledge of industry related trends/topics and maintain proficiencies in delivering value-added presentations to advisor and plan sponsor audiences
• 10+ years of field consulting / sales experience within the DC and investment industry • FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses required • Advanced investment/product knowledge including Target Date Solutions and Stable Value • Strong relationship management skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large territory with many moving parts • Strong sales skills focused on closing • Public speaking and seminar experience • Experience working within the territory, New England preferred
