📋 Description

• Performs desktop research across platforms • Conducts background checks • Executes social media searches • Carries out public record searches • Prepares detailed investigation reports • Adheres to strict due dates/timelines • Attends and testifies at hearings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to work both independently and as a team player • Attention and commitment to accuracy and detail • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to multi-task • Understanding of available public records & how to obtain information • Knowledge of social media platforms • Experience with OSINT tools and techniques • SOCMINT and GEOINT knowledge is a plus • Insurance industry knowledge • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (Fluent verbal and written Spanish a plus) • Associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field
