📋 Description

• Take over SAP VIM user support • Advise and assist the institutes and headquarters on all matters related to SAP VIM and invoice processing • Prepare and conduct the annual SAP VIM training sessions • Develop and enhance the ERP system for the SAP VIM — OpenText application component • Central monitoring through controls and spot checks • Manage defect tracking from ticket creation through testing of implemented solutions • Ensure valid and standardized workflow processes and develop new processes in SAP VIM • Support colleagues with the year-end closing

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or an equivalent qualification • Ideally professional experience in accounting/bookkeeping • Experience with logistics invoice verification processes in SAP VIM is an advantage • Initial experience in project management as well as in advising and training end users is a plus • Very confident user of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook • Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as SAP VIM, Validation Client and OCR/OpenText • Confident, customer- and service-oriented team player • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
