• Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably in a professional services environment (accounting, legal, financial services). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM), project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to challenges. • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic. • Comfortable with technology and a willingness to learn new tools. • Experience with accounting software or familiarity with accounting processes is a plus. • Experience working in a fully remote environment is highly desirable.
