⢠Background in building community organisations, political campaigns, or working for humanitarian causes ⢠Minimum of 5 years managing a team, budgets, and goals ⢠Passion for, and in-depth understanding of, web3 ⢠A strong alignment with our principles ⢠Excellent written communication skills ⢠Strong public speaking and presentation skills ⢠Willingness to learn, read, lead, and act. ⢠Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand written content ⢠Ability to foster collaborative relationships across the entire organisation
