• Logos is a movement supporting the development of the decentralised web. • Responsible for driving the spread of messaging and developing strategies. • Help reach people in need of trust-minimised public services. • Foster volunteer-driven contributions and encourage autonomy. • Help lead a communication team with project and brand managers. • Design processes for local Logos communities to thrive. • Track and measure the impact of campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
• Background in building community organisations, political campaigns, or working for humanitarian causes • Minimum of 5 years managing a team, budgets, and goals • Passion for, and in-depth understanding of, web3 • A strong alignment with our principles • Excellent written communication skills • Strong public speaking and presentation skills • Willingness to learn, read, lead, and act. • Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand written content • Ability to foster collaborative relationships across the entire organisation
