📋 Description

• Coordinate work across frontend, backend, design, and QA teams • Prepare and maintain product requirements and development tasks • Track progress and follow up on deliverables • Assist with testing and validation of new functionality • Analyze business processes and propose improvements • Support product planning and prioritization activities • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a similar role • Strong organizational and communication skills • Analytical mindset and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Comfortable learning complex business domains and workflows • English: at least B1 • Russian: native • **Nice to Have ** • Understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or derivatives • Familiarity with options and multi-leg strategies • Basic Python, SQL, or data analysis skills • Experience with UX/UI design processes • Experience working in fintech or capital markets
