📋 Description

• - Support business development initiatives by identifying potential partnerships or market opportunities; • - Assist in expanding the firm’s network of contacts; • - Conduct market research and competitor analysis; • - Contribute to brand visibility and awareness campaigns (events, conferences, sponsorships); • - Support marketing initiatives; • - Assist in organising and attending industry events; • - Provide local market intelligence to the firm; • - Support internal reporting on market trends and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• - 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales; • - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality; • - Fluent Latvian language skills and professional English proficiency for international collaboration and cross-border communication.
