📋 Description

• Provide consistent, low-pressure support both at home and in the community • Help to build independence and confidence over time • Play a key role in developing a trusting relationship • Support emotional wellbeing • Encourage engagement in daily activities, including outdoor interests and animal care

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Health & Social Care • Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs • Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient • Able to work set hours with flexibility when required • Must be comfortable with animals, including horses and multiple pets • Full UK driving licence required • A warm, approachable nature with a good sense of humour
