📋 Description

• Develop and execute the company's affiliate marketing strategy. • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and marketing partners. • Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. • Analyze campaign metrics, conversion rates, traffic quality, and revenue performance. • Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities. • Align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team. • Ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date promotional materials, creatives, and campaign assets. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities. • Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic or non-compliant affiliate activities. • Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. • Manage affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and reporting. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, digital marketing, or business development. • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and performance marketing. • Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Highly organized with strong project management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. • Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing attribution, and tracking tools is an advantage. • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, not required.
