đź“‹ Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across digital marketing channels (web, email, social, search, and campaigns) • Analyze user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to segment audiences, define personas, and support targeted campaign development • Implement and manage UTM tagging strategies to ensure consistent and accurate campaign tracking • Support A/B testing efforts and interpret performance outcomes to guide marketing decisions • Collaborate with the content, design, and media teams to optimize campaigns for performance and ROI • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams to measure engagement across website, email, social, and paid media

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a marketing analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) • Google Analytics certification (GA4 preferred) • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and segmentation/audience tools • Hands-on experience managing UTM parameters and link tagging best practices • Strong understanding of web, email, and campaign KPIs and attribution models • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights • Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data • Preferred: Experience working in healthcare, education, or professional services • Preferred: Familiarity with SQL or data query tools • Preferred: Understanding of privacy regulations related to marketing data (e.g., CASL, GDPR) • Consistent availability during a set schedule (Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM EST) • Willingness to complete required training and adhere to client guidelines and KPIs
