📋 Description
• Show apartments and conduct property tours throughout Brooklyn • Build relationships with prospective renters and guide them through the leasing process • Follow up with leads using our CRM • Negotiate lease terms and successfully close rental transactions • Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience • Stay informed on Brooklyn rental market trends and pricing • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Active New York Real Estate Salesperson License (Required) • 1-3 years of leasing or residential brokerage experience preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Familiarity with the Brooklyn rental market is a plus
