• Liderar proyectos como Líder Técnico Salesforce • Definir la arquitectura técnica de soluciones en Salesforce • Supervisar al equipo de desarrolladores en Apex, Visualforce, LWC, y configuraciones declarativas • Implementar flujos de trabajo y procesos automatizados • Garantizar buenas prácticas de desarrollo y estándares de calidad • Diseñar e implementar integraciones API • Administrar la seguridad de la plataforma • Realizar mentoring y asesoría a su equipo
• Bachillerato Universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas o equivalente • +8 años de experiencia en la plataforma Salesforce • Al menos 5 años en desarrollo • Experiencia con clientes, levantamiento de requisitos, análisis y documentación de requerimientos • Capacidad de traducir los requerimientos al lenguaje Salesforce • Participación en reuniones clave con clientes • Sólida experiencia como Consultor Técnico de Salesforce • Certificación Salesforce Developer II (Indispensable) • Inglés Avanzado
