• Recruit, engage, and support youth and adults across a geographic area. • Lead recruitment and retention events and programs, in-person and virtually, across their geographic portfolio. • Meet regularly with Girl Scout volunteers to lead training, help them plan their Girl Scout year, and support the Girl Scout leadership experience in their community. • Reach membership goals for girl and adult membership in the community portfolio. • Designs and implements a comprehensive plan for girl and adult membership growth in geographic portfolio.
• Experience in sales, membership, recruitment of volunteers, or account management preferred. • Ability to work with youth, volunteers, and community contacts from diverse backgrounds and to build effective volunteer leadership teams. • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and produce results. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and detail-oriented. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Minimum of five (5) years experience either in sales, marketing, grassroots organizing, public relations, fundraising, nonprofit management, or communications-relevant work environment; Girl Scout experience is desirable.
