📋 Description
• Define and implement a comprehensive R&D performance framework • Monitor portfolio execution performance • Lead structured diagnostics of R&D processes • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across R&D • Design and harmonize end-to-end R&D processes
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced scientific degree in life science • Lean six sigma black belt (mandatory) • Project Management certification (a strong asset) • 10+ years of experience in biopharma/biotech R&D • Proven experience in operational excellence • Strong track record in implementing KPIs • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies • Ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable plans
