📋 Description

• Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes, while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed individual goals • Promote and market the Campus Manager job through outbound recruiting campaigns, including calls, emails, and texts • Screen potential Campus Manager candidates • Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the in-house Interviewing team • Work with the Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals • Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics • Coordinate with interview and training teams • Help source, qualify, and convert talented students into Campus Managers • Report directly to the Recruiting Team Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent • Fluency in English is a must • Great interpersonal and people skills • LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred • 1+ years of High volume recruiting experience • 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience • Detail-oriented and meticulous with work • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects • Proactive • In love with challenges & solving problems • Goal-oriented, ambitious, dedicated to a long-term vision • Thrives in a target driven environment • Open to change • Calm under pressure • Willingness to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST
