âą Understand the job description provided âą Source candidates for our clients via database searches, job posting, referrals, social media networking âą Screen potential candidates for experience, certification, technical and communication skills âą Manage the interview process by coordinating with the client point-of-contact and candidate as they progress through the interview stages âą Hand hold selected candidates and ensure they onboard on their agreed joining date âą Maintain and update the internal database of candidates (in-house web based software) âą Prepare periodic reports regarding number of jobs posted, number of responses, and selected candidates
