📋 Description

• Own a part of the supply chain, including projects, cross-functional requests, headcount planning, team development, and future-proofing • Manage a team of 3 to 7 Operations Associates • Manage communications with vendors and customers • Manage team escalations and solve logistical issues • Set and track team metrics • Ensure all goals are reached • Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports and the manager • Drive the Operations team forward as part of the Operations Leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of total experience in operations, including 2+ years in a team lead or people manager role • Strong analytical and organisational skills • Ability to make decisions without direct supervision • Ability to negotiate positive outcomes • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills • Comfortable working night shifts • Detail oriented • Natural leader • Goal-driven • Proactive problem solver • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Open to change • Quick learner
