📋 Description

• Process customer orders and enter accurate data into CRM and billing systems • Review contracts and validate alignment with pricing, terms, and order details • Ensure approvals are in place and orders meet internal policy requirements • Collaborate with Legal and Finance to resolve discrepancies • Respond to Sales inquiries related to orders and invoices, and support order corrections • Provide first-level administrative sales support • Support the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, including renewal quoting as needed • Serve as a data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance across the quote-to-cash lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or similar role • Experience with contracts, subscriptions, or SaaS billing • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy • Organized and able to manage high-volume work • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Process-driven with a focus on data quality • Background checks are required • Conduct duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls • If applicable, authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations
