📋 Description

• Act as a thought partner to leadership to conceptualize and design new business and organizational strategies • Identify root causes, structure complex problems, and propose innovative solutions • Develop executive-ready narratives and frameworks for enterprise-level decision making • Support strategic pivots and multi-month transformation initiatives • Serve as the central nervous system for the HR organization • Manage the operational cadence and portfolio of organizational initiatives • Ensure cross-functional alignment and facilitate conversations across departments • Manage dependencies and keep leadership informed on organizational health and project speed • Build and maintain relationships across the enterprise • Gather, synthesize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data • Identify data sources and connect inputs to surface insights driving financial and operational impact • Shape findings into clear narratives for senior business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • MBA or advanced degree preferred • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational excellence, or a highly analytical business role • Exposure to enterprise transformation or people-focused projects is a plus • Strong analytical capabilities • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data structuring • Comfort working with ambiguous or incomplete data sets to build populations, hierarchies, and systemic efficiencies • Demonstrated ability to ideate and solve problems • Ability to produce polished, executive-quality materials • Clear and structured written and verbal communication • High organizational acumen • Proactive, self-starting approach • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight
