📋 Description

• Apply LLMs, vision OCR, and generative AI to build practical tools like chatbots, document search systems, and automations • Create web chatbots, automations, pagebuilder prompt chatbots, APIs and potentially plugins • Use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to create knowledge base AI and perform document search and programming integrations • Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), then scale solutions and build robust architectures • Integrate AI into workflows via APIs and web interfaces and manage AI solutions on-premises and in cloud environments • Use and create Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or similar techniques • Teach and present AI tool usage and concepts to developers, data scientists, management, and students • Stay up to date on latest models, assess AI risks and opportunities, and transfer knowledge within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills • Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, and LLM context management • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, PocketFlow, or similar AI frameworks • Knowledge of web technologies and networking basics • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Nix is a plus) • Ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Practical mindset for prototyping and scaling AI solutions • Experience with vision OCR, document search, or code integrations (nice to have) • Background in on-premises AI deployments and hybrid cloud setups (nice to have) • Prior teaching or presentation experience with diverse groups (nice to have) • Awareness of AI ethics and governance in software engineering (nice to have) • Ability to communicate in English; German is an advantage but not required
