📋 Description

• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address their most critical business challenges. • Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals. • Gather requirements effectively to clearly define customer problems. • Build and present compelling demonstrations of Freshworks products. • Articulate the value of Freshworks solutions to a variety of audiences. • Embrace lifelong learning and continuously develop your skills. • Evangelize the refreshing user experience offered by the Freshworks platform. • Work as part of the GTM team in North America focusing on Enterprise business. • Engage with Freshworks’ ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ESM platform capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience. • Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. • Confident speaker who can communicate effectively with diverse audiences. • Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities. • Proven capability to work on cross-functional teams to address business and technical challenges. • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment; manage multiple deals monthly. • Highly driven individuals with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency. • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. • Experience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms is preferred.
