📋 Description

• Manage automotive manufacturers and suppliers in the southern Bavaria sales region • Provide technical support to Account Managers throughout Germany • Advise and support automotive OEMs and suppliers in defined market segments • Acquire new orders, secure existing business, and drive business growth • Assume sales responsibility for designated customers • Set processing priorities to achieve planned sales growth • Prepare realistic sales plans for the following fiscal year and reassess plans for the current fiscal year • Identify customer potential and acquire new customers • Gather information on market position and the competitive landscape • Plan volumes and sales as part of operational planning and reassessment • Present products and the company to customers • Develop requirements profiles for new or modified products • Initiate new applications and support new product development and enhancements • Handle product- and application-related complaints and report them to the relevant specialist departments at headquarters • Attend trade fairs and exhibitions • Support new product launches and conduct customer trials • Record key customer activities and market trends in the CRM system, visit reports, or Global Reports, and forward them to headquarters in Munich • Conduct customer training • Prepare monthly travel expense reports • Support product development, product enhancements, and private-label projects • Participate in project teams and lead own projects to improve sales processes and contribute to profitable growth • Manage customer-specific and technical correspondence using targeted value selling • Provide application engineering and technical consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Sound technical knowledge, particularly of machine elements, acquired through an engineering or technician qualification, or equivalent practical experience • Basic commercial knowledge • Several years of experience selling products that require detailed explanation and intensive consulting • Entrepreneurial mindset and a professional, customer-focused attitude; determined, persistent, confident in negotiations, collaborative, and persuasive • Open-minded, sociable, and motivated to sell high-quality products • Good written and spoken English skills • Willingness to travel • Class 3 driving licence • Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
