• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region in the compressor oil • Plan and execute sales activities to meet revenue and market share goals. • Actively look for new ISPs, Customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and digital platforms. • Keep track of market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity to spot new growth opportunities. • Build strong working relationships with OEMs, ISPs, key decision-makers, and end users. • Clearly explain the technical and commercial benefits of Klüber Lubrication products, including performance improvement and cost savings. • Manage and grow business through channel partners to ensure good market coverage and service levels. • Update customer visits, opportunities, and forecasts accurately in the CRM system.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales or application engineering within industrial lubricants. • Experience working with channel partners and direct B2B customers. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or a related field. • Comfortable with frequent travel across North and East India and other regions when required. • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
