• Oversee DSD operations and key account execution across multiple retail locations • Analyze performance reports to identify opportunities for increased profitability and improved route efficiency • Collaborate with National Account Managers (NAM), Regional Managers (RMS), and DSD Managers (DMS) on new route development, store setups, and resets • Lead HR-related functions within the district, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals • Support development and execution of planograms (POGs), fleet management, and virtual account oversight • Create and implement DSD standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and policies for all field employees • Set performance goals for management and DSD teams; monitor progress through weekly and monthly reporting • Coordinate schedules, customer projects, and promotional opportunities to maximize visibility and sales • Manage district budget and identify cost-saving opportunities within DSD operations • Ensure timely completion and submission of all required company reports • Achieve sales forecasts, budget targets, and scorecard metrics across assigned regions • Serve as a liaison between field teams and senior leadership, supporting policy development and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-region operations • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning • Familiarity with route optimization tools and fleet management systems • Ability to travel regularly across the district • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and performance management skills • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment
