📋 Description

• Represent SurTec’s interests in the Czech market • Develop the local market by introducing value-added products to new and existing customers • Maintain relationships with existing clients • Provide technical support to existing customers • Conduct application engineering at clients’ plants and supervise SurTec operating systems • Stay up to date with SurTec processes and technologies • Translate and update technical documentation, including TDSs, PIBs, articles and presentations • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments • Manage client quotations for products and technologies • Manage projects and support market implementation activities • Provide independent consulting services regarding technological processes at clients’ plants • Prepare reports and forecasts • Perform work in compliance with health and safety regulations and applicable orders and guidelines • Maintain office and laboratory equipment, tools, and appliances

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the chemical industry; experience in the surface finishing market is preferred • 2–5 years of professional experience in a similar role preferred • Native-level Czech and good communication skills in English, both written and verbal • Ability to travel independently within the country on a regular basis and time flexibility during working hours of clients • Computer literacy • Methodical and systematic approach to problem-solving • Excellent report-writing skills • Competence in chemical analytical procedures • Experience in project management • Good knowledge of Quality Management
