Frieda emphasizes scientific validation, certification by health authorities, and data security to deliver accessible telemedicine and long-term follow-up for common menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbance, mood changes, and weight gain.

📋 Description

• Create content for prescribers/healthcare professionals for newsletters, webinars, conferences and the sales team (e.g., flyers, prescription starter packs) • Plan, execute, participate in, and present at events (e.g., conferences and webinars) • Train and onboard new sales colleagues • Support the sales team with follow-ups for prescribers (e.g., CRM upkeep) • Conceptualize and review patient-facing content for social media and newsletters • Optional: depending on need, rotate into study and product development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Neuroscience, (Clinical) Psychology, Biology, Pharmacology, Nutritional Sciences, or a related field • Excellent German language skills, enabling clear and precise written and oral communication • English as the primary working language • Confident technical writing with clear document structuring to present complex information logically and engagingly • Knowledge of clinical concepts and studies, literature research, data interpretation, and medical communication • Proactive and creative approach to improving our content and user experience • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
