📋 Description

• Deputy management of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations • Lead and develop a young team • Define and enforce quality and service objectives • Actively participate in daily operations • Duty scheduling, inventory management, restaurant operations planning & budget planning • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs • Conduct job interviews and select employees • Deliver employee training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in hospitality or hotel operations • Good German language skills – at least C1 level • Experience in leading teams • You are both a motivator and a point of contact for your team • An eye for talent • Service-oriented work approach
