📋 Description
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems across manufacturing partners in China. • Lead factory audits, inspections, and product reliability testing. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on and validate quality standards. • Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective/preventive actions. • Ensure compliance with international safety, performance, and reliability requirements. • Support continuous improvement initiatives across product categories and manufacturing lines. • Provide timely and accurate reporting to both local and global teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. • 15+ years of experience in quality engineering for small home appliances, preferably kitchenware. • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques, processes, and materials. • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to operate in multinational environments. • Based in Southern China with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
