📋 Description

• Own the technical success of clinic implementations and ongoing optimizations. • Diagnose gaps in configuration, data flow, integrations, and workflow design. • Write production-grade code, build and maintain integrations, and debug production issues. • Lead end-to-end technical execution for key clinic partners. • Identify and resolve gaps between intended platform configuration and actual customer performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles. • Proven experience owning and delivering complex technical implementations end-to-end. • Strong background translating ambiguous operational workflows into concrete technical systems and integrations. • Experience working across APIs, data systems, and backend services without relying heavily on separate engineering teams. • Experience in healthcare, clinical, or highly operational domains is a strong plus. • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python strongly preferred). • Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations. • Working knowledge of SQL and structured data systems.
