📋 Description

• Exemplify professional and ethical behavior • Review documents provided by our independent field adjusters for accuracy and compliance with policy terms, estimating guidelines, and statutory requirements • Conduct file reviews and analyze the claim handling, investigation, coverage application, and payments of claims • Compile metrics and trends and create accurate and professional reports • Identify training needs and promote consistency of claim handling • Provide feedback to members of the Claims Department and other departments in the organization • Complete assigned projects in a timely manner and contribute to department goals • Maintain up to date knowledge and compliance with Company procedures, claim related statutes, insurance regulations, and other legal requirements • Deliver high quality customer service to our internal and external partners • Overnight travel and/or extended work hours beyond regular business hours may be required, including weekends, holidays, during a catastrophe response and/or as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years of experience in property and casualty claims • Quality assurance experience is preferred • Field claim handling experience is preferred
