📋 Description

• Work hands-on with CEO and Product Strategy stakeholders to understand key strategic questions, and build analysis and reporting to address them • Use statistical methods such as conjoint analysis and multivariate regression to identify product attributes driving productivity and translate findings into portfolio guidance • Identify and control for confounders such as stock-outs, new/discontinued SKUs, and seasonality • Identify data inconsistencies at the source and correct records in Snowflake while improving upstream data accuracy • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical executive audiences • Recommend and maintain recurring analytics and reporting on SKU productivity • Use AI across the workflow to explore data faster, automate repetitive reporting, catch errors, and increase output

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in data science, analytics, or statistics in similar SKU-driven businesses • Solid grounding in statistics or operations research, including regression, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, and optimization • Strong SQL and Python skills • Hands-on Snowflake experience, including writing back to correct or clean production data • Track record of presenting findings and challenging assumptions with senior stakeholders and executives • Ability to set analysis priorities independently against business goals and deliver accurate, high-impact work promptly • Understanding of SKU-level economics, including sell-through, margin, inventory position, and lifecycle stage • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in a business context for task automation • Strong English communication skills and high ownership mindset
