📋 Description

• Technical expertise and teamwork: As a Go developer you will strengthen our dynamic engineering team and drive the further development of our cloud-based BPM/BPA solution. • You will work closely with software engineers and product managers in an agile, cross-functional Scrum team. • Customer-focused development: You proactively contribute innovative ideas and your expertise to create real value for our customers. • DevOps mindset: You have basic knowledge of Kubernetes and are willing to take responsibility for operating the application in our deployment environments. • The “You build it, you run it” principle is natural to you. • Growth orientation: You enjoy learning together with the team and continuously developing yourself. • Knowledge sharing and mentoring are important parts of your daily work. • Security first: You develop with a defensive programming approach and consider security an integral part of the development process. • You are familiar with the OWASP Top 10 and naturally incorporate it into your work. • Modern working methods: You apply AI tools thoughtfully and reflectively to boost your productivity while maintaining quality and security.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a comparable field. • You have at least 3 years of professional experience developing web-based software solutions. • You are a team player, organized, and demonstrate a growth mindset. • You work in a structured and responsible manner to develop customer-centric solutions; learning new things and deepening knowledge are part of your daily routine. • You have very good German and English skills (at least C1). • You have substantial experience and technical understanding of Go 1.24, TypeScript, Node, Next.js, gRPC, and GraphQL. • OWASP Top 10 aware. • Basic Kubernetes knowledge (“build and deploy your own application”). • Nice to have: Kafka, MongoDB, Typesense expertise. • Tools: JetBrains ecosystem, AI tools such as Junie, ChatGPT, etc.
