📋 Description

• The professional will be responsible for cost calculation, control and analysis, producing management information that supports strategic decision-making. • Must have strong knowledge of costing methods, accounting principles and proficiency with integrated systems (ERP). • Possess an analytical mindset, critical thinking and a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction. • Monitor production orders and inventory inflows and outflows. • Reconcile physical inventory balances with accounting records. • Analyze warehouse movements, WIP (work in process) and finished goods. • Identify and explain variances between actual costs and budgeted costs. • Prepare production variance reports (losses, rejects, rework). • Analyze material consumption variances and labor productivity. • Participate in the monthly cost accounting close for industrial costs. • Reconcile accounts related to inventory, production and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). • Develop management cost reports by BU (Business Unit). • Monitor industrial KPIs: cost per unit produced, production efficiency, consumption per kg/liter produced. • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvements in costing processes. • Collaborate with Production, Production Planning & Control (PPC), Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Controllership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering or related fields. • Experience with absorption costing. • Industrial cost accounting experience. • Knowledge of production processes and shop floor operations. • Knowledge of Power BI. • Experience in industrial, logistics environments or companies with manufacturing processes.
