📋 Description

• Advising and supporting grocery retail (LEH) customers in your territory as the primary contact for spices in the Dortmund and Hamm region • Onboarding, professional and disciplinary leadership and motivation of your team, including deputizing and vacation planning • Building and maintaining long-term, partnership-based relationships with decision-makers in the grocery retail sector • Analyzing and managing sales metrics (KPIs) and distribution execution, and initiating targeted actions to leverage customer-specific potential • Coordinating shelf agreements and planning new store fixtures/set-ups in close collaboration with customers and the store refit team • Agreeing and implementing secondary placements to drive sales promotion • Monitoring the market and ensuring POS excellence • Organizing regional meetings and trainings as well as supporting recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training, preferably in the FMCG sector or retail • Solid industry knowledge in grocery retail and regional networks, e.g., as a district manager, store manager, or sales manager • Ideally some first leadership experience and an understanding of KPIs • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications • Driver's license and willingness to travel and stay overnight • Friendly demeanor, strong team and communication skills, commitment, and cost awareness • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
