• Build and manage a creator/influencer program (commission model, product seeding, campaigns) • Acquire and manage food, air fryer, and lifestyle creators on TikTok, Instagram & YouTube • Develop social media campaigns focused on reach and conversion • Content planning and community management for our brands • Close collaboration with the performance marketing team (SEA, Amazon PPC/DSP) • Reporting: creator performance, engagement, revenue attribution via codes
• Several years of experience in social media / influencer marketing, ideally in the food or FMCG sector • Proven track record building or scaling creator programs • Experience with commission models, affiliate tracking, and creator management platforms • Strong network within the German-speaking food-creator community • Hands-on mentality: you can handle both strategy and execution • Strong sense for trends (air fryer, meal prep, quick cooking)
