• Own end-to-end product design across one or more client engagements • Translate research, business goals, and technical constraints into clear experiences • Design across platforms—including web and mobile • Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering partners • Set and uphold a high bar for design quality

• 6–10+ years of experience in product design, UX, or digital design • Comfortable working in ambiguity • Design with intent, grounded in research and user context • Lead through influence and collaboration • Care about craft and outcomes
