📋 Description
• Drive delivery excellence for complex engagements and lead end-to-end delivery for cross-functional teams. • Build immediate and lasting client trust by acting as the senior client partner. • Own project profitability and financial forecasting by overseeing project budgets. • Proactively mitigate technical and architectural risks. • Empower teams through structured Agile ceremonies and foster shared ownership.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience managing complex digital products or platforms, preferably in an agency setting. • Commercially and technically fluent, comfortable discussing scope, budget, architecture, and value creation with executive stakeholders and engineering leads. • Strategic and decisive; anticipates risks and makes thoughtful calls that keep projects moving toward outcomes that matter. • Proven leader of cross-functional teams (Agile Scrum Master certification preferred). • Committed to facilitating real business and customer impact, focusing on beautifully executed work that drives real business impact.
