• Lead ongoing CMS product development—managing a clear product roadmap and guiding cross-functional teams • Act as the primary client partner, ensuring clear communication and managing scope • Oversee delivery operations and financial performance • Ensure high-quality delivery by partnering with technical leadership and enforcing QA practices • Drive team effectiveness by facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering collaboration
