📋 Description
• Build new automation workflows from defined specs • Maintain and improve existing systems • Debug scheduler issues, API failures, sync errors, missing data, and edge cases • Create clean, deterministic logic that works reliably • Improve workflow stability without overcomplicating the system • Work directly with the Founder in a fast feedback loop • Move quickly from problem → solution → working implementation
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with OpenClaw or similar automation / agent workflow systems • Experience building custom scripts, schedulers, and API-based workflows • Strong backend logic and debugging ability • Comfort working across tools like Slack, ClickUp, and workflow platforms • Ability to understand a system quickly and implement cleanly • Clear, concise communication • A strong ownership mindset • Speed without sloppiness • Practical judgment around when to use AI and when to use deterministic logic
