📋 Description

• Prepare managerial financial reports based on raw data • Review and correct accountants in the preparation of financial statements • Develop financial systems from scratch • Work with multiple data sources and large volumes of data • Build unit economics systems with detailed operational analysis for various business models • Develop forecasting systems with KPIs for all departments • Establish and manage the budgeting process to control and prevent cash gaps • Lead direct communication with founders and CFOs on the customer's side • Analyze financial statements and business metrics • Provide recommendations for optimizing costs, improving the financial situation, and compiling a financial strategy • Manage projects, including project strategy, deadlines, task priorities, project quality, and task control • Create financial models • Report to the Head of the FP&A Team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting in a fast-growing company with different business models • B2 English level • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill into structured frameworks and concrete action plans • Hands-on experience building production-ready AI workflows, agents, prompts, or automations that solved real business problems (Claude / Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, custom LLM builds, or similar) • Confidence with automation platforms: Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato, or similar • Practical experience with APIs and integrations, including authentication, webhooks, API limitations, and integration architecture • Expertise in the analysis of financial indicators, including knowledge of GAAP and unit economics • Experience in managing company finances, providing recommendations, and implementing decisions • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and other business processes • Strategic thinking and ability to independently carry out rigorous problem-solving • Proven ability to prioritize and maintain a system for proactively managing multiple customers, projects, and requests, creating and managing plans, and keeping teams organized • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proactivity and a high level of responsibility
